Being called a jack of all trades is a compliment.

My focus is behavior and how we may leverage our routinized actions that fulfill our basic needs to create impactful changes in other areas in our lives. Where we are headed isn’t set in stone, but it will be if we don’t take the opportunity to change while we still can.

With a background in marketing research, I have worked intimately with CPG companies for eleven years, developing a unique skillset grounded in design and innovation. I recently completed MCAD’s Master of Art in Sustainable Design program, equipping me to prioritize sustainability and help businesses and brands achieve their goals while positively contributing to society.
